Payment Terms:

For lessons and activities, you must pay us the Price in full prior to us supplying the Services, using the payment method set out in our invoice, or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.

For our retreats, you must pay a deposit, amount as listed at the time of booking, and the remainder of the Price at least 4 weeks before the retreat start date.

 

Cancellations:

If you cancel a lesson or activity before 24 hours before the start time. we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at a mutually agreeable time. If a suitable time cannot be found, you will receive a full refund of the Price. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, no refund will be provided.

In cases where we must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control, the provisions of clause 12.5 (Force Majeure) will apply.

If you cancel a retreat more than 4 weeks before the retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable but any additional payments will be refunded. If cancelled within 4 weeks of the retreat start date, no refund will be provided, and you acknowledge this is a genuine pre- estimate of loss suffered.

insurance:

We maintain public liability insurance for all activities. Participants must have their own travel insurance that covers surfing for overseas retreats.
